Straight talk

What the job actually is

  • The work is physical and fast

Grills, ovens, drive-thru timers. Peak hours are loud and hot.

  • Standards are written down

Temps, recipes, dial-in specs and checklists. No guessing.

  • Hospitality is the job

Speed matters, but so does how the guest is treated at the window.

  • Ownership is rewarded

Take a station, fix it, teach it — that's how you move up here.
