What you'll do
- Build schedules and manage labor to target
- Own inventory counts, waste and vendor orders
- Coach and develop the shift lead bench
- Keep the store audit-ready every week
What we're looking for
- 2+ years restaurant management or strong lead experience
- ServSafe certification (or earn in 60 days)
- Comfortable with numbers, scheduling tools and POS systems
