What you'll do
- Run station certifications using the MOFO Builds library
- Coach new hires on build sheets, temps and ticket times
- Keep station standards dialed in and documented
- Partner with shift leads on peak readiness
What we're looking for
- 1+ year kitchen or QSR experience
- Solid on at least two stations, or fast to certify
- Patient teacher who holds the standard
