When we started this journey, we wanted to build a place that brought people together.

Over the past year and a half, we haven’t consistently delivered on that promise. We owe you that honesty - and we owe you more than a new name.

SOL Fresh is our renewed commitment to the neighborhood we serve.

Coffee will always be part of our story. But the purpose goes beyond what’s in your cup. We want to serve products we believe in, at prices that make coming back possible.

That means fair-trade, organic coffee. Syrups made in-house. Organic produce where available and practical. Sourdough fermented for 48 hours for our sandwiches and pizzas.

We’re building our food menu without fryers, seed oils or high-fructose corn syrup. And we’re putting just as much thought into value, because food made with care shouldn’t be reserved for special occasions.

Access matters. An affordable breakfast, a satisfying lunch, a coffee shared with someone you love - those everyday moments are why we’re here.

The new name represents the work ahead: earning your trust, showing up consistently and making this a place you’re proud to have in your neighborhood.
