What you'll do
- Own the P&L: sales, labor, food cost, waste
- Hire, develop and retain a high-standard crew
- Own the guest experience at the counter and the window
- Represent MOFO in the local community
What we're looking for
- 3+ years GM or multi-unit-ready experience
- Proven track record on food cost, labor and retention
- ServSafe certification
